.               (SEMOLINA) SUJI KI KHEER



Ingredients:


1: Semolina (Suji) 1 Cup (Soaked In Water 2 Cups For 4 hours)

 2: Milk 2 Litre

 3: Sugar 2 Cups

 4: Khoya 250g

 5: Water 2 Cups

 6: Almonds 20 (Sliced)

 7: Pistachio 20 (Sliced)

 8: Cornflour 2 tbsp

 9: Oil 1 tbsp

 10: Green cardamom 8

 11: Kewra water 1 tsp

 12: Yellow Food Colour 1/4 tsp

 

 

Recipe:

 

 

 1: Heat Oil Add The Green Cardamom And Fry For A Few Seconds.

 2: Add Water And Wait For A Boil On High Flame.

 3 Mix Cornflour With Water And Add It In The Water, Mix Real Quick But Remove The Pan Of The Heat, Once Mix Well Then Place It Back On The Stove.

 4: Then Add The Semolina (SUJi) And Mix Well On Low Flame And Then Add Sugar, Milk Mix Well And Cook On Low To Medium Till Gets Thick And Keep Mixing.

 5: Add Khoya, Almonda, Pisticho Mix And Keep Cooking Till Gets Thick.

 6: Then Add Kewra Water And Food Colour.

 7: Once Gets Thick, Leave To Cool And Then Garnish With The Nuts.

 8: Serve Chilled.
