Kulfa Kheer: Easy Recipe
Ingredients:
1: Milk 2 Litre
2: Bread 4 Slices, Khoya 250g, Milk 1/2 Litre
3: Sugar 2 Cups
4: Rice 4 Tbsp (Soaked & Grind With Little)
5: Pistachios 25 (Sliced)
6: Almonds 25 (Sliced)
7: Kewra Water 1 To 2 tbsp (Optional)
Recipe:
1: In A Pan Add Milk, Grinded Rice Mix Well And Cook For 30 Minutes On Low Flame.
2: Add Sugar, Kewra Water And Cook Till It Dissolves On Medium Flame.
3: Then Add The Mixture Of, Bread, Milk And Khoya, Nuts And Cook Till Gets Thick On Medium Flame.
4: Once Cooled Garnish With The Nuts.
5: Serve Chilled.
