Milk Mango Cake: Easy Recipe
For Three Milk Mixture:
1: Sweetened Condensed Milk 1 Cup (397g) Or For Less Sweetness Use 1/3 cup
2: Cream 1 Cup
3: Evaporated Milk 1 Cup (110g)
4: Mango Puree 1 cup
Other Ingredients:
1: Plan Cake 22 Slices (Thick Slices & Can Use More)
2: Two Large Mangos (Cut In Cubes & Slightly Mash It)
3: Whipping Cream 400g (Chilled)
4: Icing Sugar 3 tbsp
5: Yellow Food Colour 1/4 tsp
Recipe:
1: Mix Condensed Milk, Cream, Evaporated Milk, Mango Puree.
2: In A Dish Place The Cake Slices.
3: Pour The Milk Mixture.
4: Add The Mango Cubes.
5: Place The Cake On Top And Add The Remaining Milk Mixture And Keep It Covered In The Fridge For 2 To 3 Hours.
6: Whip The Cream With Icing Sugar, Food Colour.
7: Now Top The Dessert With The Whipped Cream.
8: Garnish With Mango Puree, Mango Cubes.
9: Keep It Covered In The Fridge.
10: Serve Chilled.
