Gajar Ki Kheer Recipe In English By Girlish Beginning
Ingredients:
1: Milk 2 Cups
2: Evaporated Milk 410g (1 Cane)
3: Cream 1 Cup
4: Carrots 250g (Grated And Steamed)
5: Sweetened Condensed Milk 397g (1 Cane)
6: Vanilla Custard 1 Tbsp Mixed With Little Milk
7: Kewra Water 1 Tbsp (Or) Green Cardamom Powder 1/2 Tsp ( Optional )
Recipe:
1: In A Pot Add Milk, Evaporated Milk, Cream, Steamed Carrots And Wait For A Boil On Medium Flame.
2: Then Add The Sweetened Condensed Milk Mix And Cook For 4 Minutes On Medium Flame.
3: Then Add Kewra Water,( Kewra Is Optional) Custard Mixture And Cook On High Flame Till The Kheer Gets Thick.
4: Leave To Cool Down.
5: Garnish It With Almonds, Pistachios.
6: Serve Chilled.
